PASSB EVENTS
How events work.
Invite people, see who is coming and check them in at the door. Guests need no app. With yearly Pro you get 2 events a year with up to 20 guests each. With Teams, 2 events a year with up to 50 guests each. More, from $9, paid once.
1. Make the event
Give it a name, a time and a place. It stays a draft until you publish it.
2. Add your guests
Type them in, or bring a list from Excel or a CSV file with Name, Email and Phone.
3. Make the invitation card
Pick one of 3 templates: Alloy, Atmosphere or Signature. Then make it yours: colours, a cover picture, your logo, the text, what details show and the QR size.
4. Send it
PassB can email each guest. Or send the link yourself by WhatsApp or text message, iMessage too.
5. Guests answer
Each guest taps Going, Maybe or Can’t attend. You see the answers as they come in.
6. Each guest gets a pass
Guests who are going get a personal QR pass, on the web page and in the email.
7. Check in at the door
Your staff sign in with their own PassB account and scan passes. Each pass gets in once. Extras, like lunch or a gift, are used once per guest. A scan made by mistake can be undone.
8. After the event
See who came, and download the list as a CSV file. You also get the cards of guests who chose to share theirs.
