These terms are for everyone who uses PassB: the app, your card page, and passb.app. By using PassB, you agree to them.

Who makes PassB

PassB is a product of Omelette Inc., USA. When these terms say "we" or "us", they mean Omelette Inc.

Use it lawfully

Use PassB only in ways that are legal where you live and where you share your card. You are responsible for what you put on your card and for the links you share.

No spam and no fake cards

Do not use PassB to send spam, or to contact people who did not ask to hear from you.
Do not make a card for someone else, or pretend to be a person or a company you are not.
Do not put anything on your card that is false, hateful, or that you do not have the right to use, such as someone else's logo.
Do not try to break, overload or get around PassB, or to read other people's cards without a link they shared.

We may stop cards that break the rules

If a card or an account breaks these rules, we may stop its links, hide the card, or close the account. When we can, we will tell you first and explain why.

Your company's card

The Teams and Enterprise plans are coming soon. When they come, and you use PassB through your company, your company's admins will manage your work card. What your company will and will not see is on our security and privacy page.

Paying for PassB

Nothing in PassB is for sale yet. Pro is coming soon. When it comes, it will be paid through Google Play or the App Store, and their rules for paying, stopping and refunds will apply. The prices are on our pricing page.

The service is provided as is

We work hard to keep PassB running and your details safe. But PassB is provided "as is": we cannot promise it will always work, or never have mistakes. As far as the law allows, we are not responsible for losses that come from using PassB, or from not being able to use it.

How we look after your details is in our privacy policy.

Changes to these terms

We may change these terms. When we do, we post the new date at the top of this page. For big changes, we also show a notice on passb.app.
