Where do I stop Pro?
Where you got it. Got it here? Sign in on this page and pick Manage or cancel. Got it in the PassB app? Stop it in Google Play or the App Store. Pro keeps working to the end of the time you paid for.
What happens when Pro ends?
Nothing is deleted. Your card shows the free Pass style in the same colour, your logo and photo are hidden, and your own link stops. Get Pro again, and it all comes back as it was.
Does one Pro work on all my phones?
Yes. Pro belongs to your Omelette account. Sign in with the same account on any phone, or here, and you have Pro there too.
Do I get money back if I stop early?
We do not pay back part of a month or a year, unless the law says we must. For Pro from Google Play or the App Store, their refund rules apply. The full rules are in our terms.
