PassB is built on private links. Nothing about you is public unless you share it, and you can stop any link at any time.

PRIVATE LINKS
A new link every time you share.
Your card is not a public web page that anyone can find. Each share is its own private link, with its own rules.

PassB makes a new link just for this moment. You pick what it shows and how long it works.

They open it
Your card opens in their browser. They see only what you picked, and can save you to contacts.

It ends, or you stop it
When the time is up the link stops by itself. You can also stop it early, any time.

What we keep, and why.
The short list. We keep only what PassB needs to work, and we do not sell your details to anyone.

EMPLOYEE PRIVACY Coming soon
At work, your company sees work. Nothing else.
This is our promise for Teams, which is coming soon. Every employee will read it in the app before joining a company. It will be the same promise for every company on PassB.
Your company will see
- Cards shared from your work card
- How many times they were opened
- Work contacts: cards sent back to you, and cards you scan and mark "for work"
- The event a share or scan was tagged to
Your company will never see
- Your personal contacts
- Where you are
- Your personal card and its links
- Anything else on your phone
If you leave the company: your work card and its links will stop, and the work contacts will stay with the company. Your personal card and your personal contacts stay yours.
DELETING
Delete what you want, when you want.
Stop one link
Open "Shared with" and tap Stop. From then on, that link shows nothing.
Delete a person
Remove anyone from your People list, any time.
Delete your account
In the app, open More, tap your account, then tap Delete my account. Your card and every link stop, and your details are erased from our server.
Company data rules Coming soon
With Teams, companies will choose to delete work contacts after a set number of months. Enterprise will set its own rules.
WHERE YOUR DATA LIVES
On our server in the USA.
Your details are kept on our own server in the United States, which we rent from our hosting company. Every trip between phones and the server uses HTTPS, the same lock you see in your browser.

Any web browser. They see only the link you sent.

FOR IT TEAMS Coming soon
Controls for your company.
Teams and Enterprise are coming soon. Teams admins will set roles: Owner, Admin and Viewer. Enterprise will add the controls IT teams ask for.
Single sign-on
People sign in with Google Workspace or Microsoft, and leave when your IT team removes them.
Who may export
Choose which admins can download contacts and reports.
Keep contacts for a set time
Pick how many months work contacts are kept before they are deleted.
Audit log
A list of what each admin did, and when.
